Background and skills**Skills and experience:**
* You'll have at least 2 year experience as a Customer Success Manager
* Experience working in an early stage startup environment (as a founder or early stage employee, or you've worked at a VC firm)
* Comfort in a startup environment we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day.
* Demonstrated ability to contribute as a member of distributed teams.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required and impressive executive presence and communication abilities (fluent English is an absolute must)
* Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company
* Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Services)
