Sales Development Representative

Startup challenging the existing tech recruiter market
Background and skills
We're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing startup challenging the existing tech recruiter market, working closely with Founders of tech startups in the UK, Europe and the US, and scaling their teams. You will be engaging with new tech startup and scaleup clients, booking meetings for the company's CEO (virtually or in person) to build relationships and pitch products. You will have access to all the latest tools to build your client development targets, but it will be your responsibility to select your targets and contact them. No one route is going to be the silver bullet so you will need to be creative networking using social media, attending events, emailing, Linkedin, whatsapp and importantly calling people! The clients you will be speaking to are at the forefront of technology but need our help to build their business. You will be selling solutions from single role retained projects to yearlong subscription services. It all depends what the client needs.
