**Experience:** Your experience will demonstrate your ability to successfully build a brand as well as identify and execute on industry-specific scaleable channels. * Worked in a startup, ideally from Seed/Series A and beyond * Experienced across media (digital, ATL, CRM, other) * 10 years+ of digital marketing experience, highly effective communicator able to clearly present complex and data rich proposals, both in written and verbal form - happy to present to the board and other stakeholders on a regular basis * Previous experience of working in a high growth company or start-up in a B2C or B2B2C environment * Strong collaboration with other senior managers (eg at so-sure with Head of Digital Product, Head of Insurance, Head of Tech) * Building and managing a team * Budget management and ownership * Launching propositions into new markets * Leading consumer insight programmes and producing actionable insights * Customer service experience a bonus **Skills:** * Enjoy a challenge with a can do attitude; if something needs to happen, you find a way * Good excel abilities and comfortability with BI tools, ability to develop formulas and build accurate reports * Strong creative drive for the creation of sticky content, marketing tools and other offerings * Agility to understand the trade-offs between perfection and ‘good-enough’ * Strong interpersonal communication skills; you have to be able to communicate with, educate and get along with the team and outside the team. * Top notch organisational skills and proven ability to manage an agenda of projects and initiatives in a fast paced environment. * Proactive with willingness to roll up sleeves and hunger to learn and develop **Key competencies:** * Influential and inspiring leadership * An eye for identifying trends and opportunities * Creation and execution of acquisition campaigns and forecasting * Strategic marketing campaign planning and execution * Demonstrable experience of driving engagement and increasing transactional value from customer base * Strong analytical skills * Launching service extensions into new sectors * Grow customer bases in new markets rapidly * Team player (both vertical and lateral) * Research and analysis of customer behaviours and turning it into actionable insight * Problem solver
