We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Talent growth manager to join a fantastic HR-tech seed company, to lead and grow the recruitment from our seed funding round through to series A, to grow the team of 2 recruiters to 9 over the next 18 months. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in startups or high-growth recruitment businesses, This is a diverse role requiring a broad set of skills from commercial acumen and ability to meet targets to building good interpersonal relationships with employers and candidates. Knowledge and understanding of the diversity space would also be an advantage. This role reports to the CEO & Operations Director and oversees the recruitment and mentor teams, the role will require a confident, proactive and inclusive self-starter who can liaise with all members of the team.
