We are searching for astute and experienced human resources professional to join a rapidly growing publishing company based in Oxford. Reporting to the Founder and CEO, the People and Culture Lead will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, developing appropriate policies as the company grows, and helping to define and embed the company culture during expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented HR professional looking to add to their portfolio, to work with a collaborative and successful team.

£300 to £350 per day

Mostly remote, <50% in office
