Background and skills
5+ years of relevant HRBP experience - Level 7 CIPD qualified - Excellent understanding of HR including compensation, performance management, and leadership development - Experience from within a high growth Consumer Products, - Technology, or eCommerce business - Excellent communication skills; an articulate and persuasive communicator with excellent presentation skills; analytical and problem solving abilities - Discreet, high integrity and fair in dealing with all people and situations - Understanding of various employment laws and their impact on HR matters - A familiarity with global HR practices and policies - Intellectually curious, entrepreneurial, proactive and able to take ownership - Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organisation and flexibility to be proactive in a fast-paced environment
