They are looking to grow the team with an increase of 25 new roles in the next six months. You will be an important component in making this happen, working with managers to develop their teams. You’ll be comfortable with all aspects of a generalist role, in particular talent acquisition, talent development, and project delivery.
Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will be comfortable in implementing new initiatives to further the team and the wider company as a whole.
