A rare opportunity to join an ambitious and exciting tech-first, award-winning, 'millennial' accounting firm for tech startups You'll be responsible for people and talent development as the business grows. This will involve owning the approach to HR and people processes - the processes which train, coach, review and support the team, enabling them to deliver top quality work. You'll be responsible for defining and communicating our employee value proposition, responsible for ensuring our people join us and stay with us for the long term and grow into future founders.
PAYE salaried
£40k to £50k per year
