The Head of People will develop and implement the overall People and Talent strategy in support of short-term and long-term business goals. This person will help create
and manage the implementation of organizational change and culture that drives innovation and employee engagement.
You will partner with and coach internal stakeholders to ensure coordination of people strategies and processes across the entire business, and with managers to grow diverse
leadership, talent and technical capability.
The company doesn't currently have an HR team, so it's a great opportunity to come in and build out the people function from scratch. You will need to be a seasoned coach with experience of thinking 'big picture' and ability to influence senior level stakeholders is essential. This role will report into the COO.
