Background and skillsRequirements
International experience is a primary requirement (particularly Poland, Germany, France, North America)
Critical experience in high growth environment with a highly dynamic and evolving organisation
Strong prior experience in a HR Manager or Head of HR role is essential, with experience of leading or managing others
Experience of hiring and managing HR for sales teams would be beneficial
Degree qualification in a relevant subject, eg business management, organisational psychology, human resources
CIPD qualification helpful but not necessary if you have relevant experience.
Solid, hands on generalist experience, willing to roll sleeves up and get stuck in
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral); skilled in communicating both 1:1 and in large groups (such as delivering training or presenting to a group)
Ability to adapt to different scenarios as required - resilience, flexibility and direct communication are essential
Desire to build a international Software company
Grit, passion, drive and a very strong work ethic
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
