Happy Friday from everyone at Juggle. This is what we’ve been reading about, writing about and arguing about this week.
On the Juggle blog this week
On Tuesday we gave you a quiz (everyone loves quizzes) about how culturally prepared your business is for flex – are you maybe a bit more innovative (and therefore more ready for flex) than you give yourself credit for?
Then on Thursday: super-inventive flexible working arrangements, stuff you literally cannot do (or even think about) with your standard setup. Stack your specialists! Match thinkers with doers! Other things!
Talking about flex-preparedness led to our Wednesday Poll: if you haven’t embraced flexible working in your workplace yet, what’s the attitude towards it like, and how soon is change going to come?
Friday pub quiz:
Last week’s quiz question focused on CV clangers. The main ones seem to be dates – sometimes even keeping track of our own birthday is beyond us. One Juggler had their graduation date incorrect for nearly five years (is it still a clanger if nobody notices?)
For this week’s question, we’re still thinking about inventive working arrangements. We’d love to hear what you’d change if money – and crucially, traditions and structure – were no object. So:
What mad-scientist changes would you make to your role to make it more efficient/productive/fun?
Comment below or hit us up on social media to carry on the conversation.
Have a great weekend, from everyone at Juggle.
